High School Drive Rehab

A complete rehab from inside to outside made market-ready for a developer. Completely new and reconfigured kitchen for today's world. Project included electrical updates, new plumbing and second floor additions of a master suite, bathroom and laundry facilities. All carpeting was removed to expose the original hardwoods which were refinished to maintain the house's charm.

Exterior painting of a 3-story home and restoration of cornices.
This required scraping many years of paint and custom carpentry.
Work was done from a rented lift to reach the cornices and paint.

New Deck: Spring Road Project

Replace existing deck which had structural issues due to lack of maintenance by the previous owner and wasn't very pleasing from a design perspective either.
The client wanted a deck that would require little-to-no maintenance, so perma wood was the perfect solution. The extra staircase on the back of the deck created a much more appealing deck as well as easier access to the backyard.

We pride ourselves in being able to handle the most complex painting details or the cleanest lines of an interior. The first two pictures [L-R] are examples of complex exterior paint work. The picture on the far right encompassed a complete remodel with the end result being a home anyone would be happy to move into leaving only the joy of decorating for it's new owner.
